It sets a solid foundation for grit, achievement, and confidence. This has been part of Ellis’ mission since the School’s founding, and I am excited to be part of the continuing success and bright future of Ellis and its students.

My heart's passion is teaching and learning, and working together to achieve much for the benefit of our students. As a school leader, I wake each morning seeking the positive, uplifting, or strategic growth that moves toward a worthy outcome. Whether coaching a healthy classroom climate, discussing strategic planning, or developing community partnerships, collaboration and decision-making—even on a micro level—move us toward a larger and greater outcome.

It is an honor to be the Head of School for Ellis. I believe in the strong connections that have been built within our halls and extend to the greater community. I am grateful to be a part of a group of educators who share an affinity for girls' education, and to be among the parents and alumnae who are committed to seeking the best for our students. I know that through our collective commitment to each other, we will continue to grow in many positive ways.
